Q: Do your products have any certifications?
A: Our products have obtained FDA,LFGB,CE,etc, which ensure that the products can be sold legally in mainstream markets such as Europe and America. Relevant certification documents can be provided upon request.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Yes, we can provide samples. You need to pay for the sample cost and the shipping fee. The sample cost will be deducted from your future order if you place an order with us. We usually send out samples within 5-7 days after receiving the payment, and we will provide you with the tracking number for your reference.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We usually accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) . For long-term cooperative customers with good credit, PayPal can also be negotiated for small orders. There are corresponding process details for different payment methods.
Q: How do you ensure the quality of your products?
A: We have a strict quality control system. From raw material procurement to production and processing, each process undergoes strict inspection. And a comprehensive quality inspection will be carried out before the products leave the factory, conforming to FDA,LFGB,CE,etc.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: After receiving the deposit and confirming all order details, the production usually takes about 5~40 days, depending on the order quantity and whether it is a customized order. Then, it takes an additional 5~30 days for shipping, depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. So, in total, you can expect to receive your goods within 70 days from the date of deposit. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as raw material shortages or extreme weather conditions may cause slight delays, but we will always keep you updated in such situations.
