A: Yes, we can provide samples. You need to pay for the sample cost and the shipping fee. The sample cost will be deducted from your future order if you place an order with us. We usually send out samples within 5-7 days after receiving the payment, and we will provide you with the tracking number for your reference.

A: We usually accept 30% deposit in advance by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), and the balance should be paid before shipment or upon sight of the Bill of Lading (BL) copy. For long-term and reliable customers, we may consider more flexible payment options such as L/C (Letter of Credit) or installment payments, depending on the order value and negotiation.

We conduct multiple inspections, including incoming raw material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection before packaging. A: After receiving the deposit and confirming all order details, the production usually takes about 5~40 days, depending on the order quantity and whether it is a customized order. Then, it takes an additional 5~30 days for shipping, depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. So, in total, you can expect to receive your goods within 70 days from the date of deposit. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as raw material shortages or extreme weather conditions may cause slight delays, but we will always keep you updated in such situations.
