Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory with trading department. With more than 6 years experience in manufacturing stainless steel bottles, our factory has around 100 staff now.
Q: Could I print my logo on the product?
A: Yes. We can make it by lasering or silk printing Logo on stainless steel material,PP plastic or Silicone.
Q: Could I get samples?
A: Sure, we can offer samples,and you should pay charges for samples & shipping cost,and we will refund the samples fee once the order is placed.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 25-45 days if the goods are not in stock, it depends on quantity.
Q: What material are your products made of ?
A: Our products are made of Stainless Steel 304, Stainless Steel 201, Stainless Steel 316,nylon, silicone,etc.
Q: What is your term of payment ?
A: 30% deposit advance by T/T, the balance before shipment or at sight of BL copy.
Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: We have specific QC team test each order before delivery, and your inspection staffs also are welcome.
Q: Is your company capable of doing custom designs?
A: Sure, OEM design is welcome, we have more than 11 years OEM/ODM experience.
